WSECU online Banking
Washington State Employees Credit Union (otherwise known as WSECU) was founded in 1957, and is headquartered out of Olympia, Washington. With over $1.5 billion in total assets, and open membership to all state residents, WSECU is the second-largest credit union in Washington. WSECU is a not-for-profit, community-owned credit union.

- Basic account details are available via the WSECU telephone banking line (1-800-562-0999 – option #1).
Step 1 - On the homepage, enter your username into the login field at the top of the page (outlined in red below). Click the ‘Sign In’ button.

Step 2 - Verify your security information (ensure that your security picture/phrase is the one that you selected during registration), enter your password and then click the ‘next’ button.

- Forgot Password – If you have forgotten you password, go to the password reset/recovery page. Enter your account number, SSN, debit/credit card number, and username into the input fields and then click the ‘Start’ button to begin the reset/recovery process.
WSECU provides its members with various mobile banking services that can be accessed via a mobile browser, as well as the WSECU mobile application – which is available for iOS (iPhone/iPad) and Android mobile devices. Use the links provided below to download the WSECU mobile app to your iOS/Android mobile device.
WSECU’s mobile website is located at the same URL as the desktop version (https://www.wsecu.org).
To access your online banking account via the mobile website, follow the steps listed below.
Step 1 - On the homepage, click the ‘Sign In’ link/icon in the upper left corner (outlined below).

Step 2 - You will be transferred to the mobile banking login screen. Enter your username and password into the appropriate input fields and click the ‘Sign In’ button.

Enroll in Online Banking
Step 1 - Go to the WSECU Online Banking Enrollment page.
Step 2 - Enter your account number, SSN, debit/credit card number (or temporary password) into the appropriate input fields, type ‘Yes’ into the ‘Accept’ field (to accept the terms of service). Click the ‘Start’ button to begin the enrollment process (you will select your username, password and security verification credentials).
Note: The registration process is comprised of four steps. Call 1(800)-562-0999 for assistance (available 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday).
